CHEFCO: TBA AND DINZ SHOWCASE NEW ZEALAND VENISON AT "WHO KILLED BAMBI" EVENT

• Attendance by esteemed chefs from China
• Discussions on cooking techniques and experiences with venison
• Insights from Felix from DINZ on sourcing, supply chain, and sustainable farming practices
